bo111 Terms & Conditions

You are eligible to register and use bo111 only if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had a bo111 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) bo111 account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If bo111 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus balances forfeited. bo111 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time to enforce this policy.

To register a bo111 account you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number in 01X format that you own and have active access to.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters that you will keep confidential.
• Confirmation that you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.
• Confirmation that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bo111 login credentials. You must not share your mobile number and password with any third party. bo111 will never ask for your password via any channel including email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bo111 immediately at [email protected] and change your password from the account settings screen.

bo111 accepts deposits via the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following deposit rules apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the bo111 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bo111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages. Deposit credits are subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. The following withdrawal rules apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• bo111 targets withdrawal processing within 60 seconds for standard requests. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bo111 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or money-laundering risk is suspected.

bo111 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used for gambling on bo111 and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
• bo111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bo111 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud or theft.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game providers' systems.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or have previously been excluded from bo111.

bo111 employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bo111 may: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit any balance, including deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus amounts; report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence. bo111's determinations regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Clause 11.

bo111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and obligations apply to all players:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) from their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period the player's account is locked and they may not register a new account.
• bo111 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are underage must not register or use the platform. If bo111 discovers that a player is underage, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits returned subject to verification.

All content on bo111.app — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces provided through bo111's platform, and the bo111 brand name and logo — is the property of bo111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or sell any content from bo111.app without the prior written consent of bo111.

bo111 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, bo111 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond bo111's reasonable control.

Gambling involves financial risk. bo111 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. By registering and playing on bo111, you acknowledge that you understand the risk of financial loss and that you participate voluntarily. bo111 does not guarantee winnings, and the outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG technology or live dealer procedures independent of bo111's influence.

bo111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the single account policy, age eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested by bo111 within the specified timeframe.

bo111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at bo111.app/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, bo111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bo111 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bo111, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. bo111 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, bo111 will work with you in good faith to identify an appropriate resolution path. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
